Onboarding Process
Each digital employee requires the following steps to go live:
- Name & ID — Chinese nickname + English codename + EMP-XXX ID
- Discord channel — create a dedicated channel in the team Discord server
- Skills document — fill out
skills/<slug>.md(domain knowledge + SOPs + decision principles) - MCP tool server — build
mcp-servers/<domain>/(domain-specific tools) - OpenClaw config — add agent definition to
openclaw.config.json - Workspace init — populate
workspace/<emp-id>/with initial config and knowledge base - Go-live validation — test Discord response, confirm first scheduled report
